Lichfield St Chad Rotary is an established part of the community in Lichfield combining friendship with charitable/service activities.
They meet in the George Hotel, Lichfield most Tuesday evening’s from 18.45pm onwards for a meal followed by their meeting. Visitors and guests are always welcome.
The main fundraising event of the year is the ever popular Cars in the Park where around 1,000 new and classic cars are on display in Beacon Park every July.
The Rotary Cathedral to Castle Run is an annual charity event organised jointly between the two Rotary clubs of Lichfield and the two clubs of Tamworth, usually in early April.
Attracting well over 1,000 runners, it is a multi-terrain run from Beacon Park in Lichfield, with a challenging 10-mile route to Tamworth Castle.
At the Castle ground in Tamworth the runners, their families and supporters can also enjoy an action-packed family fun day.
