Kicking off the season is the legendary Jasper Carrott, who will be at the theatre for two weeks at the end of April and start of May with his show, Stand Up & Rock! You’re sure to recognise many famous faces throughout the programme, including big names like the hilarious Pam Ayres, rugby legend Shane Williams, and Strictly superstar Vincent Simone. Fan favourites like Talon, The UK Rock Show, and A Beautiful Noise – A Tribute to Neil Diamond are also returning following sell out visits in 2021, so make sure to book your tickets early to avoid disappointment.
Don’t miss the most anticipated thriller of the year, Dead Lies; written by bestselling crime writer Hilary Bonner and with a star-studded cast that includes Hollyoaks’s Jeremy Edwards and Coronation Street’s Alicia Charles, this roller-coaster of a play is not one to miss. The Garrick are also one of the venues on Agatha Christie’s The Mousetrap’s nationwide 70th Anniversary Tour in 2023. The world’s longest running play, this West End production is the genre-defining murder mystery from the greatest mystery author of all time, and tickets are on sale now.
Following on from the success of the theatre’s last community musical in 2019, this summer they are thrilled to be launching one of our most ambitious community projects with Robin Hood, the first ever performance that’s been written by, composed by, and starring members of the community. Audiences young and old will love this jovial retelling of the classic fable.
