Fascinating museum about the life, works and times of Samuel Johnson. Free entry. His life is told in order as you ascend the building, do go to the attic as there is a first edition of his dictionary to admire and a copy to interrogate. Also fascinating to see what else was happening in the world. Helpful staff.

I found this a very interesting place. I knew very little about Samuel Johnson and it was interesting to learn more about his life. The short film was particularly good.
