A very interesting place which is well worth a visit. We spent about 3 hours here in the very well keep grounds but it could easily have been longer. The memorials are all excellent and there a lot of them. The restaurant is also vert good.

Well laid out and exceptionally well maintained. All staff were helpful and there is a calm feel to the place - even the restaurant. They catered for Coeliacs and I had a ham salad sandwich on white, gluten free bread. There was carrot cake as well, all kept separately.

A beautiful place to visit. The walk from the canal is a little noisy alongside the road but easy to do. Then you enter the peace of the arboretum. My favourite memorial, incredibly moving, is the Shot at Dawn. Spend a day here. Excellent restaurant.

Excellent place, really nicely done with sensitive memorials for the many who have given the ultimate sacrifice. Very good facilities with a great restaurant. Couldn't really do it justice in one visit so plan to go back in the future

Very interesting and informative. The grounds are huge. We were there for over 3 hours and could have spent longer. They have events and exhibitions. The cafeteria and restaurant did a good range of hot and cold food, including vegetarian. Would highly recommend.

Really enjoyed this visit. Much to see and really friendly, helpful staff. 10-50 remembrance service was great, shop is well stocked and the restaurant great value. We went on a really wet, miserable day so will try again on a drier day in order to make the most of the day there.

A thoughly brilliant experience, the commentary on the train was very interesting and informative. A pleasant meal in the restaurant followed by a nice casual walk around the large memorial gardens.
All the staff were very polite and helpful and the visit was great value for money πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

Inspiring place to visit. Food available in Cafe?Restaurant at side of Cathedral. I regularly visit. Do pop across the road to the book shop next to which you can access the tranquility of the Erasmus Darwin garden as a bonus, and if it's open get into the house.

Excellent, reflective day out. So many different memorials to see & some stunning figures. Wear comfortable shoes, although you can pay to use the land train. Restaurant food very nice, staff very friendly & helpful.
