Didn't know what to expect but pleasantly surprised by what we found. Very busy around the restaurant area but additional outside seating was great in fair weather. Will go back and spend more time as the grounds are so extensive. Thank you.

An excellent place to visit with a wide variety of memorials to the armed forces a great shop too selling a wide variety of souvenirs and interesting publications. A brand new events venue will soon be opening there in autumn 2018 providing a restaurant and a large venue for weddings conferences etc.

Went for a memorial service of the sinking of the Lisbon Maru. Beautiful place, well laid out and maintained. Plenty of quiet spots to reflect on the horrors our service men and women went through. Reasonably priced restaurant and clean toilets. Definitely well worth a visit.

It has such atmosphere and interest. Even though I have no personal stories as I have not lost anyone close, I felt humbled. I have been a number of times now and still have not seen all of it. my grandchildren liked it too. I have also heard the restaurant is very good.

We took the buggy ride with Tony who was a veteran gunner and a wealth of knowledge. The weather was raining so we will be coming back soon but plenty to see inside. The Japanese prison camp exhibit with Mick was chilling. We had an excellent lunch in the restaurant.

On a sunny spring afternoon, a walk around the arboretum after a Sunday roast in the restaurant, was an interesting and moving experience. Walking around the memoral in the peaceful beautiful surroundings gave us time to reflect and think of all those who have given so much.

Visited with my son in law who is from New Zealand. Everyone was very helpful and took the time to make us feel welcome. Well done volunteers. Restaurant food also very good. Really interesting day and thought provoking.

Lovely gardens and walks through the NMA. Shocking to see the walls of names of those lost since WWII, so many. New fun outdoor area for kids, and excellent restaurant for meals and also a new coffee shop. Definitely worth a visit.

The Arboretum just keeps growing, memorials to so many to see, a lovely place to walk around on any day. Look out for special events and Regular Royal visits. You will not be disappointed, new visitor centre and restaurant currently underway.
