It is a beautiful, calm place for remembrance, but so much to see, do, and learn. We have visited it twice now, but plan to return as there is so much to see. You can easily spend a day here. There is a good cafe/restaurant. It's free to enter but they appreciate donations, and parking was £6 for the day. The staff are very friendly and helpful too.

The NMA is close to both mine and my husband's hearts, we have spent the day today and it has been peaceful but emotional day, we have been before during ride to the wall but today was a chance to have a walk around and visit more.
Beautiful place, a knowledgeable team.
We ate in the restaurant and the food was amazing and great value.

What a Great Day-out! It's been on my 'Do-List' for ages and I'm not disappointed. Such good value and all/any contributions made in restaurant, shop, land train, buggies, etc., Go to Royal British Legion - a deserving Charity. Will go again soon to complete what we failed to see in 1xday.

It is a truly wonderful place to visit. There is a land train that takes you round if your not very good on your legs, it is a large area to cover on foot. The monuments are superb and so many of them. There is a restaurant and a coffee shop and gift shop. Lots of other things to do as well. It is a place that everyone should visit in their lifetime and appreciate what it is there for.

A beautiful and moving place to visit. You can spend hours, maybe days exploring this site as there are so many memorials to see with some great walking. There is also a land train which you can use if you don't want to walk. The restaurant is good with a nice selection of hot and cold food and drinks. Well worth a visit.

A great place to spend a couple of hours light walking. Lots of monuments to see. Lots of paths and scenery. Currently due to covid you have to book online. Costs 4 quid per car. The restaurant is shut but you can get tea and snacks to take out. The gift shop is open and so is the toilets.

This was our first visit to the Arboretum and it was a humbling experience. We spent about 4 hours walking round, the weather held which was good and we managed to see a lot. We had something to eat in the restaurant which was nice, and did some shopping at the gift shop. All the staff we're welcoming and friendly. Would definitely visit again.

Living close by, we visit this place on a regular basis. Totally impressed by its ethos and the total dedication to those who deserve recognition. The restaurant serves decent reasonable food, and there is a dog walking area around the periphery. Excellent all round, good to take visiting guests too also. All power to them and the concept.

We spent a number of hours here in October 2015. There is a large convenient car park. Lots to see so suggest you wear flat shoes and bring your camera. The volunteers we found to be most helpful. We enjoyed a hot meal of home cooking at lunchtime in the restaurant.
Thoroughly recommend a visit.
