In July 2022, Neil H said about National Memorial Arboretum
I attend the Arboretum every May in the company of shipmates from HMS Argonaut. We gather to remember our two shipmates still on patrol in the Falkland Islands, and all those lost on other ships of the same name. After our service I usually find time to wander around the other memorials, especially the far east one as a family member was captured at Singapore. A tranquil and sobering place which should be used as part of the national curriculum.

The house clearing team from Richard Wintertons were fantastic. They arrived exactly on time, were thorough , polite and very efficient leaving the house spotless .Most of all they were caring and compassionate.Having a house cleared after someone has died- in my case my family home after my father ‘s death , is like clearing out 50 years of memories.The team were so kind and found several incredibly precious items that they saved for me - like a book of baby pictures that we had missed and love letters from the 1960’s from my dad to my mum.They treated the house with respect - something that really mattered to me.I cannot recommend them highly enough- thanks guys you made a difficult day so much better than it might have been.

We had our very old garage door replaced by GV Garage doors today and we couldn’t recommend a better company. The fitters were very professional and got the job done within a few hours. The company was recommended to us by neighbours as most of the street have had their garage doors replaced by GV. The fitters were thorough in explaining the instructions for the door, took away all rubbish and left the work area clean and tidy. Thanks again!
