Attended pregnancy yoga workshop and a number of Saturday pregnancy yoga classes.
My previous yoga experience is limited but Susan made everyone feel extremely welcome and comfortable. I found the class absolutely wonderful! Sooo relaxing and also taking away tips and ideas to practice at home.
Susan encouraged some discussion with the other mums to be which was a lovely way to help everyone really relax.
I have attended 2 other pregnancy yoga sessions locally (Sutton) and this one was streets ahead and very competitively priced.
Can’t recommend enough - even for complete beginners!

Regular visitor amazing place always something new. Place for reflection and to show gratitude to the men and women who have and still do sacrifice everything for our way of life. Everyone should visit at least once and with entry priced at the cost of parking your car (a car full of people gain entry for £4 today) there are very few if any places I can think of cheaper that do such an amazing job.

Absolutely amazing and very thought provoking. Wonderful peaceful setting with friendly,very knowledgeable volunteers who are more than happy to share information. Restaurant is very good with reasonably priced excellent food and friendly efficient staff. Will certainly be going back as still more I'd like to see and learn.
Restrooms: More than adequate, very clean and tidy.
Dog-friendliness: A few dogs on leads, well behaved.

I have attended Saturday morning 'Flow and Energise' yoga class since the studio opened. For me it is the best part of the weekend. Thankfully, the class is welcoming but challenging and I know my flexibility has improved tremendously.
Instructor Becky B teaches by giving clear instructions and demonstrations. Although we are encouraged to fulfill our potential everyone works to their own ability, no one is judged or made to feel inferior.
The studio is a calm, clean, comfortable space. Mats and equipment are provided. Free parking is also a bonus.
I can not recommend The Wellbeing and Wellness Coach highly enough, I am looking forward to when have more free time to attend the many other classes on offer.
