What a fantastic tribute to those that have given everything. Immaculately kept gardens and a must to visit. Give yourself longer than you think you need you could spend a full day looking at all of the memorials

Beautifully kept with friendly and knowledgeable Volunteers. Amazing sculptures and poems and I particularly liked the European oak sentinels. Overall, a thought-provoking experience and a place for quiet contemplation but also for enjoying the facilities.

Restrooms: Very clean and well planned.

What can I say when all the previous reviews have said everything about this amazing place . It’s an absolute credit to all those who run it and the hundreds of volunteers . From the minute we walked in they were so helpful and explained everything . We got the train around and it was well worth the money. Everything has been so thought out . We had Sunday lunch in the cafe . It was the best beef I’ve tasted for years . Well done to the chef . Cooked to perfection! As there is no entrance fee we tried to spend money in the cafe for our lunch and drinks . Bought gifts in the shop . Put money in the donation box and lit candles for our dads who were both in the Normandy veterans just a little contribution to this amazing place. It’s taken us years to finally get to the Arboretum but it won’t be our last . Keep up the marvellous work everyone . It really is a credit to you all . Thank you

A much bigger building than you first think. I spent about 90 minutes there, as there are 4 floors of information.
We didn't realise at first but there is a "way round" following the information boards, starting in the basement and working upwards.
To be honest I wasn't massively interested in SJ but it was quite interesting and worth learning about. The house itself is lovely and interesting with a view over the market. The book shop is okay and the lady there was informative and friendly.

They are thorough, professional , do as they say and we would trust their advice . We would use them again. This is reflected in their price but is worth the confidence in the job

We walked by for the St Giles Hospice elephant trail to which the cathedral hosts many. We were well greeted and the building is beautiful.

Out the front as well there was assorted summer activities for the children. We had a lovely time.

Great day out, so much to see and reflect on. Recommend buying the guide book to follow the walking routes with information about all the memorials on each. Cafe also good value for money, plenty of places to stop for a sit too.
