We had a a lovely day at the arboretum, we first went around on the little train £7, we then decided what we were going to see first. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, plenty of places to sit quietly and reflect. We used the restaurant for lunch which was reasonably priced. You can have a lovely day out which won’t cost the earth as it is free to enter. You could take a picnic, to keep the costs down. Well worth a visit.

The architect of this cathedral is breathtaking and no photos can do this place justice, very well managed and all staff very pleasant especially the lady at the entrance who greets you.Visited on

A visit that we will certainly never forget! Everything leaves a deep impression on the soul...from the multitude of monuments, to the way they are displayed and explained, from the care for each soldier, whether he was male or female, and to the fact that they were not overlooked either the children became angels too soon ... everything, absolutely everything keeps you with tears in the corners of your eyes and with a heart full of respect due to the heroes!
