Always use Tatlow for my floor coverings. The service they provide is second to none and prices are competitive. Brian the carpet fitter is a true professional, it doesn't matter how much you pay for the carpet, you need to be confident it will be fitted perfectly.

What a stunning building! ⛪
It's free to enter, though they do ask for a donation.. There's plenty to see, it's huge! I absolutely loved it. 🙂 (And they do currently have an outdoor beach area for the kids, also free!)Visited on

Clare was absolutely wonderful from the moment I brought my dress in for alterations to the moment it was done. She has such an eye for detail, which meant my dress was absolutely perfect for the big day! Thank you so much Clare, you are so talented x

Alan and his team have made an excellent job of replacing our tired roof. Alan gave an estimate of 3 days to carry out the work and was on target with completion. Throughout the team worked tirelessly in hot full sun conditions were professional, courteous and respectful. Cleaning up was to a very good standard as was rubbish removal
I thoroughly recommend A & E Roofing

This a beautiful, serene arboretum, with memorials to all services (army, navy, air, police, fire and medical) dotted around the landscape. I am not given much to sentimentality, but as a tribute and a reminder that people have made the ultimate sacrifice to keep us safe and well, it is a powerful monument. I only wish that it were more were widely known so that more could experience it.

Need more than 1 day to take full advantage of the gardens. Great Land train takes you passed keys memorials.

Map could do with updating with more of the general memorial areas on it. As they do seem to be in set areas.

Shame there doesn't seem to many for the RN ships sank in WW1.

Coffee shop and restaurant with good choices except needs more sugar free cold drinks for diabetics. Only option was diet coke.

Some staff a bit stand off ish, mainly the car park man who told me my 6m motorhome would fit in a normal parking space, think I know better. Make sure you book parking in advance as £2 cheaper.

Overall an excellent visit will ho back and look at other areas.

Three friends visited. It was a hot J uly day. Car park is £6 for the day. Reception is a clean, light and airy place, staff are friendly and explain everything, entrance is free. There are lots of volunteer guides who are very knowledgeable. If you are unable to walk the huge site, there are either land trains with commentaries or buggies, there are also guided walking tours. The map given at reception is useful and you can wander freely. The grounds and memorials are very well looked after and interesting. There is a small Stick Man trail for the little ones and a play area. The coffee shop sells reasonably priced drinks and cakes etc, the restaurant sells meals and we opted for homemade soup and a roll, reasonably priced at £7 which included a soft drink (it makes a change not to be riipped off! The gift shop has some beautiful items, also reasonably priced (I spent too much)! The Arboretum is a charity and there are plenty of opportunities to give generously. Would take a picnic next time! A lovely day out
