Absolutely wonderful. Went for a kids birthday party. The staff were brilliant and friendly and very accommodating for me with my wheelchair. The staff were also particularly brilliant with my son who has autism. 100% will go again

We had been recommended to visit by friends, and were not disappointed. The whole site demonstrates great vision by those who inspired the idea of a living memorial, and for those who have lost loved ones it is a wonderful tribute. Nice to see also that it is not just the armed services that are represented here. The recent police memorial is a stunning addition to the landscape.
The indoor gallery is worth visiting to get an overview of the whole concept, and the memory booth is an interesting idea.

What a treat, this is the most beautiful Cathedral we have ever been in, the architecture is stunning, I could sit in this special place all day and never tire of it. It should be on everyone’s list to visit. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

Pool house vets have been looking after my dog since 2014, I have nothing but good things to say. Yearly check ups are reasonably priced and well organised and PHV nursed Jamie the poodle back to health after a brief illness in Jan 2020. A great vets which I'd highly recommend.

I found this a very interesting place. I knew very little about Samuel Johnson and it was interesting to learn more about his life. The short film was particularly good. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I recommend a visit to the Samuel Johnson Birthplace to anyone visiting Lichfield.Visited on

Daughters party was great, although some staff need to look at bit more enthusiastic and maybe like they actually want to be there.

This is a beautiful & poignant place to visit, not at all morbid or depressing, so many poignant tributes from the stillbirth association to those who were shot at dawn. staff were welcoming and very helpful , even printing out details of army records. we booked car parking in advance and bought land train tickets as it could be quite a hike to .walk round the garden otherwise. The current exhibition summarises details of the memorials, well worth viewing. The cafe is good and efficient, we had a good lunch here which we could eat outside. Everywhere is immaculate, the gardens well kept. It is fre as they said but most people put in a folded note in one of the collection boxes.
