We were well pleased with the service received at all levels from Franklins. We received a good price and all the booking and payment processes were easy and swift.
The lads who came to collect our stuff arrived promptly at 5.30pm in the pitch black and pouring down rain! They just got on with the job so well and were finished in a couple of hours. A couple of coffees kept them going and they tols us a couple of amusing anecdotes from their travels.
We asked them if they could pass on that we needed to split our furniture etc into 2 separate units at the storage centre, i.e all the garden and barn stuff into the smaller lock up. They promised to pass on this request.
A week later when we visited the lock up we were delighted to find this had been done and so it was easy to select what to move and what neede to stay in store!
Many thanks to everyone at Franklins for their brilliant service and the amiable nature of their personnel.

We have been several times and each time see something different. It is an emotional moment looking at the memorials. My friend could not walk far so we took the train. Excellent commentary. We also enjoyed lunch in the cafe. Vegetarian pasta bake was tasty.

Wow. What a very tranquil place. We went on a busy bank holiday, but around the memorials we found it very reflecting. Did not manage to get round a quarter of them, so looking forward to our many returns.
