What an amazing experience.
Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff .
Restrooms: Plenty of rest rooms dotted around.
Dog-friendliness: Obviously, there are restrictions as to where dogs can go, but we worked around that by going to view war memorials individually.
Our dog was very welcome in the cafe and coffee bar.

We recently used tatlow carpets and flooring and we were incredibly impressed, we had laminate downstairs and carpets upstairs but the most impressive part was the service and stair runner we had, would highly recommend 10/10
