From the very start Gav and Jess were superb in communication. Both very professional and friendly!

Day of Install - Fitters turned up at time arranged and were not only very professional but approachable and very friendly. Lots of advice given during install, nothing was too much for them - maybe the cups of tea helped!
Door quality and install was second to none.

Saturday afternoon, had a real problem with my garage door , it would not close at all. First time call to Gavin in the hope he might be free either Sunday or Monday but to my complete surprise he came out within 2 hours of my call on a Saturday afternoon , first class service and sorted problem within 5 minutes

Gavin and Jess were so helpful. Great communications. Gavin came to do us a no obligation quote and gave us all the options and within 30 mins of him leaving, we placed our order. The price was a lot less than we expected and the option we chose included 2 fobs, an alarm and a manual opener if needs be.
The guys came to fit it today (1 Nov), they arrived earlier than expected (which was a bonus), were really profession and friendly, did the job in just over an hour, no mess and left everything clean and tidy. Fantastic.
It's really made a difference to our house and given us more garage room not having the old up and over any more and we no longer have to move the car to get in the garage! Highly recommended.

we had a great time, 4 and 8 yr old , fabulous informative guide who made it fun and interesting. alpacas were firm favourite along with the horse. I fell a little in love with bluebell the giant rabbit š„° had a lovely snack box in the park under the umbrella of well needed shade and a play on the tractor and park x x

What a fabulous place.
We visited on Sunday morning and absolutely loved it!
Grace and Jacob went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time.
Fed the pigs, the goats, the sheep, the horses, and the absolutely beautiful Alpaca!
Cuddled day old guinea pigs, brushed the pony and took her for a walk and then went for a home cooked Sunday lunch in the cafe.
Such a great time. Will definitely be visiting again soon xx
