Take your time. So much to see. Hugely informative and educational. I only scratched the surface of the Far East section. So many things I didn't know

Franklins did a fairly complicated part-load pick up from France with storage and delivery to Worcestershire. Their crews were very helpful, skilled and good to deal with and their help with post-Brexit customs was excellent.

Not what we expected. I understand now having visited that its a war graves memorial with trees rather than an arboretum. It's incredibly well done and moving. I recommend seeing the video in the gallery before walking around.
It will be a good arboretum in its own right when trees grow up in 10 years or so. Everyone involved in this should be incredibly proud. Thanks aswell to the lovely volunteers.

Our annual visit to the site to take a poppy cross to remember my father who was a prisoner of war in Japan. The whole experience is humbling and I was pleased to see that the Far East building has had a makeover. From reception to the restaurant and on site the staff are exceptional in their attitude to to the visitor, very helpful friendly and eager to help. You can’t find fault with anything. The restaurant provides an excellent array of different food and is of a very high standard at a reasonable price, the staff very knowledgable about food tolerance and allergies. There are some negative reviews but people must remember that because they are disabled and think they should have more consideration they should remember that it attracts more elderly visitors and disabled than most attractions and so they have limited facilities to accommodate all needs, all of the time; they need to remember that they are not the only ones disabled. It is a wonderful place where it gives people a chance to visit somewhere to acknowledge their loss. I think you will have a wonderful visit if you decide to go, take no notice of negative feedback.

I've have never done anything like this before so was feeling a bit nervous...I didn't need to be, I felt so welcomed by Susan it put my mind at ease straight away. I felt no pressure to put my camera on, the choice was completely mine. Susan explained each yoga position, I found it really interesting to understand why each one was important and what impact it would have on my body. I used to practice yoga by using YouTube but more often than not found myself missing sessions because I was "too busy" Having these sessions on Zoom means I stick to a routine and can still practice in the comfort of my own home...I can keep the camera off, wear my pj's, do my yoga stretch with a lovely, friendly & knowledgeable instructor then grab a hot chocolate and head straight to bed for a blissful nights sleep. I’m still here one year on, thanks so much Susan :)
