I have visited the National Memorial Arboretum several times. It never fails to touch me. Ever changing, new memorials being added. Too much to take in in a day. Staff friendly and professional. Good restaurant and shop. Free entry, you are asked to make a donation. Car parking charges. Check before you go. In case there is a service or special occasion being remembered.

Great dog walking path and some lovely sculptures to see lots of places to sit down and absorb the atmosphere. Right on the river Tame so lots of wildlife to keep your eyes open for.

Hubby wanted to see the SAS contributions, however after wandering round the main displays we ended up asking staff for the location...it was tucked away near the end of the do walking path near the river.

Well set out gardens which is still evolving

Much bigger than I expected but so well organised by staff and volunteers. Many areas were flooded due to very heavy rainfall over the week but the site is so well planned it was just a little tricky in places and most Memorials could be viewed. The train is worth the whole journey giving you a great overview. The main Memorial was very poignant and so well explained by the volunteers who must have been chilled to the bone!!

We had a guided tour in a golf buggy, as there would otherwise have been too much walking for us. This is a fascinating place, with too much to see in only one visit. We were lucky to have timed our visit to be able to attend the brief remembrance service which takes place every day of the year at 11.a.m. Most moving - the last post and then the reveille. We shall return.

Very well done, lots of volunteers around to help. The maps are easy to use and get about although there is so much to see we did use the little train tour. Nice coffee shop and Restaurant

I held a retirement party in Aspects function suite for 60 people for afternoon tea. The whole event was incredible, from the booking process through to the excellent food, location and staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was out of this world, served by exceptional, friendly staff. The venue was beautiful and very well laid out for us. The view out over The Beat and other memorials was fantastic. The venue has a well stocked bar with good seating. Drinks were reasonably priced and really nicely presented. Cannot praise the venue highly enough and recommend it for any event. A big thank you to all concerned!

I went to visit my friend in Burton-on-Trent and we wanted to do somthing different. So we went to national memorial arboretum and what a fantastic day we had. We did the stick man trail with my son and with doing this Helen got to see things she hasn't seen before. It's a place where you have to wrap up as it's cold especially this time of year but I can't wait to go back when all the trees are green and the flowers are out. Well done for all the memorials they are all beautifully done and worth seeing and reading. This is a great place for kids to learn our history!!

This was an an emotional, moving, peaceful, amazing place. There are paths you can walk, or get a train or golf buggy tour, but walking around gives you the freedom to see far more of the memorials. They are all so unique and have been given the right amount of space and consideration. Will definitely go back.
Also had lunch which was really tasty and good value.

I did yoga for the first time during lockdown, online with Susan. It has had a positive impact on my health & wellbeing.I look forward to two classes a week & can do more via the pre-recorded sessions on the online community if I want to. Susan always has time for you on a personal level & is a brilliant instructor, explaining every move. Online classes mean you never need to miss out, pop your iPad in your case & Susan comes with you. Excellent value for money too. Can’t recommend it enough.

A five-star service from Richard Winterton Auctioneers.
The whole process from valuation to sale was hassle-free, which was particularly valued in the uncertain times of Covid restrictions.
