This place is not all about war. Although many of the memorials reflect the armed forces, there are plenty of other organisations represented including civilians, children and even animals. It would be best not to try to see everything in just one visit and is deserving of the highest accolade. The staff are friendly and helpful, the service is outstanding and the facilities excellent.

150 Acres of Tranquility with around 350 Memorials, a place that persons of any persuasion should visit at least once in their life. There are spacious places to dine, relax and refresh. Everywhere is Scooter, Wheelchair and Buggy friendly. Entrance is free other than the Exhibition (a must), and the Road Train, suggest that you use the Train at the start of the day as it will give you a guide to where everything is.

Very interesting visit and quite emotional seeing all the names of the servicemen and women who have died in conflict. Well done to the national arboretum staff who look after it.

This is the 3rd time I'VE visited here and I can honestly say that each time is better than the one before. They're always working to improve and are succeeding. 🌲🌳🌲👏
