You have got to see, the place is so big, peaceful ypu will want to go again and again. Car park on site and an overspill car park a five minute walk away. Parking is £3 for the day and is paid on trust. Some aspects are chargable if you want (exhibitions, shop or eats etc) but the area is free to walk around, sit and wonder and is wheelchair friendly. A leaflet is also available for dog walker routes. Everything you purchase here is ploughed back into the site. Go and support the site, you never know you might even think of volunteering ( no pressure).

Lovely place to visit, very emotional if you understand what it's for, staff are lovely, would of been a 5 star except it states it's dog friendly, it's not really dog friendly you can take your dog but can't go on the grass or memorials with the dog so if you are going to take your furry companion expect to miss out on most of the lovely memorials but a lovely day non the less

Beautiful place. Car park was very busy but once inside and within the 150 acre site it was peaceful and quiet. Wonderfully o served memorials to many, many regiments, groups, and services.
