Superb day out and very solemn. The memorials are very moving and the staff are very helpful and ready to answer any questions. Each of the tree's are dedicated and there 100's of them. Well worth a trip, free to enter and accept donations.
The restaurant was well equipped, clean and well staffed, the Sunday roast was £9 and superb.

Beautiful place. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. A great memorial to all our military services. Gift shop has some amazing gifts which contributes straight back into the arboritum. The restaurant also provides a wide range of food which the 100% of the charges go directly back into the arboritum and staff that volunteer there.

Much more than we expected. Had seen the main memorial wall on the TV but it is much more than that. There are memorials to every service you can think of and it is set in lovely grounds. You must do the train that takes you round as the commentary gives so much information. The cafe/restaurant is excellent and reasonably priced.

I have visited this place several times. It has some very moving gardens. Some of the trees planted there still need to grow a lot more when the Arboretum becomes well established it will be truly magnificent. One of the most moving parts for me is the Burma Railway. There is a very good cafe and restaurant.

Great place to spend time. Not only to reflect but to learn, the memorials here are inspirational. The cafe/restaurant serves great food from fantastic full english breakfast to Sunday Carvery. You just get lost wandering and reading the dedications and end up eating a great meal. Fantastic day.

There is so much to see it's difficult to know where to start. A member of staff summarised the different experiences available and he suggested he thought the train ride was helpful for a first visit as it gives a general view of the different memorials.
The restaurant offered a variety of choices and the prices were reasonable.

First visit to the arboretum. A beautiful, tranquil place. Entry is free. We paid £6 each to go on the train which takes about 45 mins and well worth it. Wheelchair friendly and brilliantly designed. We ran out of time and will be going back. Ate in restaurant reasonably priced. Well worth a visit.

Not a lot to say tbh an incredible place with great staff for some personal reflection and to remember them lost serving there county

The only down side is the restaurant is extremely expensive for what it’s producing and for a site cited buy veterans old and young this could be better

It is a very moving experience to go there and when the trees are fully mature I am sure it will be less windy. I was so moved by the touching little notes left by family members by their loved ones names. They also had a very nice restaurant - we had a carvery roast dinner and dessert for a reasonable price.

A group of 43 seniors visited the NMA by coach on Friday 6th October and what an amazing place it is. The staff are more than helpful and the grounds and memorials leave a very lasting impression on all. The meal in the restaurant was up with Michelin rating and it is a "must visit" place that should be at the top of anyone's list.
