Great communication managed to get to us quicker than expected. Work was a good standard and communication was fantastic. We were sent photos of the work and requests we made were carried out and job was all cleaned up. Would recommend and definitely keeping phone number incase I need their services again.

After initial telephone call , and camera survey Wicklen re arranged there schedule to complete my drainage problem as it required immediate attention. Could not wish for a better company to sort out problem , staff extremely polite, professional always helpful 100% recommendation

Did an absolute amazing job from start to finish. Can’t fault Kieth and the team. They word really hard. Very polite on time, really nice chaps, very clean and tidy. Today was the first time that we had been to the Garrick....So we all went, my two daughters and myself.....all of us being adults.....the Pantomime showing was Beauty & Beast and it was above & beyond our expectations....WHAT a fantastic show.....all the cast were true too their profession....I would highly recommend this theatre, we found it very reasonably priced!
In fact we are looking to book a couple of future up-coming stage performances.
And WELL DONE everyone on todays show.....you've made me feel very happy indeed x

I won a meerkat competition on Facebook for a meerkat experience for two. The communication from Burntwood alpaca was second to none from the start and they swiftly organised a mutually convenient date for my son and I to visit.
On the day we were greeted by two lovely keepers who made a real fuss of my son and showed us to the meerkat enclosure. As soon as we were in there my son was a little anxious but the girls were so patient with him. The girls were full of knowledge about the meerkats and had so much passion and enthusiasm for all the animals it was so lovely to see. I remember one of their names as Holly.
By the end of the experience my son was sat on the floor feeding the meerkats and allowing them to come over and sit on us and that was largely down to how relaxed the girls were around the meerkats and my son.
Before we left, the keepers let us stroke a turtle and a tortoise and told us a few fun facts about reptiles and my son loved going home to tell his dad about what he had learnt.
Thank you so much for such a lovely experience and we can’t wait to visit again soon!

6 of my family including g my two teenage children went to see Beauty and the Beast Pantomime in January 2024. Just a wonderful experience. Great cast, wonderful songs and music and very very funny. Recommended.
