Unfortunately the earlier storm had caused parts to be flooded, but I was not planning a long stay, as I called in on my journey home from Yorkshire.
Beautifully and respectfully laid out.
I found the main section particularly moving, especially the break in the walls to allow the shaft of sunlight to shine through on the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month.
The staff were all very helpful and friendly.
I had a brilliant lunch there as well to fuel me up for the second half of my journey home. Delicious food and great value.
I will return, hopefully in better weather conditions to spend more time exploring and reflecting.

An amazing place with hundreds of memorials to different organisations not just army, navy and Air force. Excellent cafe and reasonably priced fift shop. Helpful staff and worth paying for the land train to see 75% of the monuments

Tom and his team Dylan and Gavin are absolutely fantastic. Professional, courteous and experts at what they do.
They did everything when they said they would. I was kept up to date and consulted throughout.
They cleared up everything very well as they went and with a minimum of disruption across both the jobs I had done.
They repaired my chimney, recapping (flaunching) it and repointing where mortar had failed.
They did a great job of my canopy over my front door. A tricky job due to them having to rectify the original design and failing structure. This is a substantial structure tied into the extended gable end, they made it safe then rebuilt completely with all new timbers and fantastic structural integrity. Great finishing touches and attention to detail.
I would definitely use them again in the future if I needed anything further done.
