We have now had all the windows and porch replaced by PVCu Direct. I had the bungalow refurbished when we moved in and had several different tradespeople in. They all commented on the quality of the frames and the quickness of fitting from receipt of order. Thank you for a great job.

Supply and fit was prompt but patio door was difficult to close / open without a great deal of effort. After a few phone calls I managed to contact Tracey who sorted out the problem by arranging and engineer's visit within 2 days.
