Fabulous space, very interesting, thought provoking and moving memorials to all sections of the armed forces and various other organizations. The volunteer guides are so friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely worth a visit

Dog-friendliness: Dogs are allowed most places, just not on the main memorial or the children's play area

What a lovely place this is. I never thought I would feel so humble. my wife and I were accompanied by friends who we were staying with really enjoyed the experience. As a veteran of the submarine service, I was proud to see the Submarine Memorial and what it represents.
I will be returning as I think it will look even better when the plants are in full bloom.
The staff deserve praise for their efforts in keeping the place running and to the standard it is at.
Fully recommended for a visit.

Dog-friendliness: My friends and navy others took dogs with them and are welcomed

My wife & I were simply blown away with what we came to see. I paid particular homage to my late father who served on the artic convoys in the role of chief signal man on the Commodores ships surviving 8 voyages and awarded the DSM.

It was one of the best war memorial sites ever. The serenity and layout is so respectful to all soldiers who have given the ultimate sacrifice for the world 💕🙏😔

Had a delightful few hours visiting. Enjoyed a walk round, followed by a delicious two course Sunday lunch. All the staff we met during the visit were so friendly and seemed happy at work. I look forward to visiting again!
