Words cannot explain how wonderful the whole experience that Elsie May Bridal offered was. From the moment I met Fleur I felt immediately calm and excited. She is energetic, engaging and truly excited for you. Nothing was too much effort or hassle. She encouraged me to try everything on, touch the fabrics, try on various veils. I was a very nervous bride going in to try dresses and I left on a complete high. I then went back to be measured and buy my dress and was welcomed back as a friend and treated like a princess. Today I bought my dream wedding dress and Fleur I’m thankful I met you. You’re an incredible person and your shop is gorgeous. Any woman looking for a dress should, without hesitation, go to Fleur. I cannot fault the service received at Pool House. The staff are great to both me and my dog. I've been impressed by their level of knowledge and their compassion - vets at the practice avoid surgery unless it's absolutely necessary (meaning that my dog doesn't get put through unnecessary discomfort).
I'm really happy that our dog is registered here knowing that there is expert advice and they are always open should I need them in an emergency.
