We didn't manage to do all of it. Very emotional day. Bigger than we thought so if you struggle walking it's worth pre booking & getting the train around fir a small cost.

Welcoming and friendly staff. Great to see so many young people in the cathedral. The ‘moon’ is an incredible structure and was well worth the visit.

Well worth a visit to the Cathedral which in it self is a fantastic building but with the Moon exhibit comes alive.

Visit before October 31st.

Flat out refused to help change the date of our tickets to enable us to join our friends and family at the illumination event 2022, even though there were places available! I was told by the Head of Business Support Services that they 'could' swap our tickets, but said it would take them 15 minutes (no time at all really) so he refused!!! The 2 tickets cost £48, which is by no means cheap, and he suggested we buy 2 more! Not really the behaviour you would expect from a charitable organisation.
UPDATE… I’ve upgraded the feedback to 3 stars from from 1 because they got back in touch, and have now helped us change the date, for which we are very grateful.
