My rayban glasses had a crack in one lense and I came down to get advice on which ones I should buy as replacements as there are millions of different codes! The very friendly lady at the reception helped me figure it out and then when I got the correct ones, I took them down and I believe it was mr David himself who swapped the lenses for me and he did it free of charge! You don’t get that type of service anymore so I was shocked. Very helpful/friendly and saved me ALOT of messing about. Very grateful for the free of charge service too 👌 will definitely be using in the future 😎

The movers showed up on time, we very polite and professional! They took great care of our belongings, which we stored at their facilities for 2 weeks before delivering everything in a flash! The Tower Tours are definitely worth doing if you have a spare hour or so! Fascinating to hear about the history of the building and see behind the scenes. Our guides David and Alan were very knowledgeable and friendly. A lot of very small spaces and uneven spiral steps, so not for the faint hearted but the views are amazing!
