A wonderful day for the 40th anniversary memorial for the Falklands war. If you like military history the Arboretum is a must. They do nice food too!

A special place for so many, with a dignified place to remember our lost friends. The #Falklands40 commemoration was outstanding.

The Wellbeing and Wellness Coach is the best thing to happen in Burntwood for years! Susan and her team are all welcoming and knowledgeable, and tailor the class content to suit the individuals with different options for the various postures depending on your confidence and/or flexibility. And no mirrors in the studio is a definite HUGE tick in the box. Keep doing what you're doing as you do it so well! Namaste 🙏

A brilliant yoga studio in the heart of Burntwood. Whatever your level of experience, the fabulous instructors tailor the postures to suit - there's no need to panic that you're not a skinny mini or an experienced yogi. Just normal people, coming together for the good of their wellbeing. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, historical building. Good information leaflet. Toilets and refreshments a short walk away, something to bear in mind if taking someone who is elderly or disabled. No shop. No charge for entry but donations welcome and guide available for £2.

What a breath of fresh air to Burntwood! Friendly and knowledgeable instructors, a great vibe in the studio, class sizes limited so there's room to stretch properly without giving the person on the mat next to you a black eye. And no mirrors! A definite bonus when you're throwing yourself into a downward facing dog! If you've not yet tried any of the classes here, what's keeping you? See you in the studio!
