We have visited the Cathedral many times but never had a guided tour. What a brilliant experience, Graham our guide gave us the full history of the building, explaining stories of the construction and pointing out items of interest we would never have seen without a guide. Prefer to visit the surrounding houses and the Cathedral Close.A really nice and interesting part of Lichfield.The Cathedral itself is very inspiring and they do try and provide entertainment occasionally.We took our grandchildren to see the "Snowman" at the Cathedral some time ago which was a great atmosphere and we'll organised.
