Superb place to visit! Far exceeded my expectations when we visited on Wednesday as it is such a beautiful place with so much to see. The volunteers are very welcoming and knowledgeable. We took the last land train ride of the day at 3.30pm and were driven around by a wonderful woman who was very informative and passionate about the Arboretum. I would definitely recommend the train tour.

This is the second job that A&E Roofing have carried out for us. On both occasions, Alan was courteous and polite and gave an honest appraisal of the scope of the work required. My husband and I just moved from Germany to England, and we were blown away by the top quality service we received from Franklins.
Less than a month before our move the company we originally hired backed out on us, panicked we started looking around for companies when we encountered Franklin's. Right away Bev demonstrated the level of quality of this company in the prompt and friendly way she answered my dozens of emails and calls with questions. The moving team did a wonderful job of packing and securing our items for the long journey.
They really did an outstanding job from start to finish, and took the stress and anxiety that comes with moving from our hands. We honestly can't recommend them enough!

Recently ordered & had 2 Electric Garage Doors Installed - from ordering which was quick and easy - appointment made and Gavin who arrived on time, measured up & showed different samples of door style & colour available . He talked through how they would be installed. Delivery was quick after order and Tom & Liam installed the doors ,very pleasant guys, their work was very clean and tidy and were done for just after lunch time after tidying up & even taking our old garage doors away ! Wouldn’t even knew they’d been ! Showed how to operate the doors and left all of the installation paperwork & product guides etc. Nice to use a company that does the job they say they will . Our new garage doors look great . Excellent service from order through to installation. Well done guys , would recommend.

What a lovely day we have had. As members of GB&I Inner Wheel we decided to visit our garden here as this year is 100 since the start of Inner Wheel.
Went to the church service, then a ride on the train, before going off to explore.
Found the volunteers very helpful and the food and staff in the cafe excellent.
The whole experience was very touching and beautiful.

We had a a lovely day at the arboretum, we first went around on the little train £7, we then decided what we were going to see first. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, plenty of places to sit quietly and reflect. We used the restaurant for lunch which was reasonably priced. You can have a lovely day out which won’t cost the earth as it is free to enter. You could take a picnic, to keep the costs down. Well worth a visit.
