They dealt with getting our sofas over a first floor balcony, which was no mean feat. They collected on a Wednesday and were back in the UK the following morning delivering my furniture. The service was just fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone planning a move

Great yoga classes and also the one to one sessions.
Helped when I had a sports injury to make sure I didn’t do anything to make it worse and advised how to help the injury.
Can’t wait for the new Yoga studio in Burntwood to open.

The yoga online classes through lockdown were a lifesaver.
I hadn’t done yoga in years and so it was wonderful to have such a brilliant and inclusive class. There was gentle encouragement from the Wellbeing and Wellness Coach and really helpful advice and support for the postures. It was great to hear from someone so knowledgeable and who was very reassuring and her explanation about how things should feel/not feel and what the purpose of the postures were was so useful. Highly recommend. Great to hear that a yoga studio is opening.

A wonderful experience. Very poignant. Memorials in recognition of those that have died on duty. For all forces including the police.
