Had an issue with our garage door yesterday as it wouldn’t open. We have had it just over two years now and have been really pleased with it. Called Gavin and he came out promptly, even on a Sunday afternoon and fixed it with a smile. We are so grateful for the professionalism and friendly service and for ‘being there’ when we needed help and assistance.
We would have been really stuck without it.

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Had a few issues with manufacturing faults on the hood, but Jess was great in getting that sorted. Replacement part fitted today by Gavin. Highly recommend GV Garage doors, really pleased with the job 😀

From the very start Gav and Jess were superb in communication. Both very professional and friendly!

Day of Install - Fitters turned up at time arranged and were not only very professional but approachable and very friendly. Lots of advice given during install, nothing was too much for them - maybe the cups of tea helped!
Door quality and install was second to none.
Certainly value for money!

Saturday afternoon, had a real problem with my garage door , it would not close at all. First time call to Gavin in the hope he might be free either Sunday or Monday but to my complete surprise he came out within 2 hours of my call on a Saturday afternoon , first class service and sorted problem within 5 minutes
