We took my in-laws, I didn't think I'd enjoy it. But I was pleasantly surprised, it was very emotional but not at all solemn. It as peaceful.and tranquil. It took us a full day to see everything but there is a land train at a small cost and there are manned buggys. The memorials are beautiful. The service held daily at 10:50am was lovely too. I'd definately reccomend it. The shop is expensive but all the money made goes back into the Arboretum so we didn't mind paying the extra.

Every year we as family and friends pay a visit to the National Arboretum. It is a beautiful place to have a day out and for those of us whose family served this country in whatever capacity it is a reminder of the courage of the men and women involved. There is a lot to see as there are so many memorials. There is also a visitor's center, restaurant and shop. Unfortunately on this particular visit the weather had flooded some areas so we couldn't see all parts of the grounds. One of our group was in a wheelchair but no problem as most of the grounds are wheelchair accessible. There is also a land train that you can board which takes you round the site. Well worth a visit.

Love this place, second visit this year the staff are really helpful and always see something I’ve not seen before. It’s a small amount to park and everything else is free although it is important to donate what you can to help maintain and keep this place going, you certainly need a full day to get around, the small cafes are very good value for money. We will be back soon.

I visit the NMA several times a year to enjoy the peace and quiet and remember the names on the wall and once a year I join 10,000 fellow bikers to take part in the Ride To The Wall ride in to help raise funds to keep the Arboretum open and free for all to visit

I love these sessions! They are always really well thought out so you always know what the benefit is going to be. It really feels like practicing rather than being expected to be perfect. It means my yoga has come on leaps and bounds!
Also when I have missed sessions due to illness it is lovely to be checked in on, it adds to a feeling of a really nurturing space.

I love the zoom yoga sessions. Being taught by a professional in the comfort of your own home. I am a newcomer to yoga and really surprised how relaxing I find it. Each move and the benefits to you are clearly explained. The relaxation at the end of each session sets me up for a good nights sleep.

We all know a person or business that went the extra mile over the last 18 months, Sue Jackson the Wellbeing and Wellness Coach is certainly one. Her Zoom based yoga practice is open and inclusive of everyone whatever their ability and experience of yoga. Being able to practice regularly at home with Sue's support my physical and mental health has improved greatly. I'm really looking forward to in person classes soon. Take an hour out if your evening, you won't regret it and you can always turn off the camera if you don't want to share your efforts on screen!
