Beautiful setting for a wonderful tribute to so many people. We visited mainly to see the memorial plaque for my sister who we sadly lost this year. We took the train which was very informative and a pleasant ride. We will be back as there is so much more to see,it was good to see families with young children explaining what the plaques etc meant.

Very humbling. Some of the monuments are very nicely laid out. Some we had to walk on the grass to view the plaques. As I use a mobility scooter to get around I had very muddy wheels and the scooter has to go into our car boot. Yuk. But just in case you use a wheelchair or scooter its for info only.
I absolutely enjoyed seeing the different designs that are used for certain areas. Flying Pegasus with a warrior on his back for the paratroopers regiment. There is a Polar Bear, a Tiger, a Lion, a Jaguar and several more for you to read about why they are chosen. It's a great day out and I would recommend it to young and old. Enjoy.

Taken us a while to visit but well worth the wait. Plenty of parking available, really friendly, helpful staff were everywhere happy to share information about the different memorials, Eddie was superb taking the time to walk with us to the Burma memorials and talk us through the history and more for each of them, it was really appreciated and it made our visit special. The land train tour was £7 each but we enjoyed it, and seen much more than we would have just walking around!
