IT’S home to some of Merseyside’s most expensive properties and stars of the Premier League, but those who think they can’t afford to live in Formby could be pleasantly surprised.

 

Victoria Road is a favourite address of footballs’ elite, with players and managers from both Liverpool and Everton, having lived there in recent years.

 

And in November last year, a five-bedroom detached home in neighbouring Freshfield Road sold for £890,000.

 

But those who think they can only dream of living in this highly desirable neighbourhood, could find it’s within their reach.
