A friendly group for women new to the area is seeking a venue to meet in Llandudno.
The group is called Purely Friends and is being set up by Maggie Jenkins after running a successful similar group in Royal Tunbridge Wells when she lived there.
Maggie says: "I am writing in response for a request for some advertising locally about a new group in this area that I am setting up called Purely Friends"
"It is a non profit making group, and is for women who may be new to the area, and wish to make friends in a safe, sociable and pleasant surrounding, where they can be a part of a social scene that is already happening.
"I am currently looking for a suitable venue in the Llandudno area, that will not make a charge for a room or section use on a weekly basis. I am currently looking at Wednesday evenings 7.30pm-10.00pm. Preferably somewhere that you could get a nice meal too at a reasonable cost.
"I will be the facilitator of the group, but encourage friendships to blossom, and will help arrange other social events. It is a social group to make friends, not a dating agency, hence the name Purely Friends."
