As someone who's approaching his 21st Valentine's Day with his Significant Other (and wife of 14 years) I can appreciate that new ideas for this occasion, so soon after Christmas, can be hard to come by. So let's see what I can think of:

Don't overlook Valentine's Day flowers from Denise's Florist - check for special offers available this year.
A meal at The Royal Chequers in Quorn; the Valentine's Special Banquet is £25
If you prefer a romantic night in (or can't get a babysitter) you can pick up amazing food including homemade chocolates and patisserie, and wine, from David North Delicatessen in Rothley
How about beauty treatments from Eden or Burleigh Springs. Ask for gift vouchers if you're not sure which treatments to choose; you can order these over the phone.
