I was looking for a mobile mechanic in the area and came across MJ Fisher through the Best of Loughborough website. I thought I needed new rear disks for my Mazda RX7, Matt sorted the problem out, no need for new disks and he saved me about £200!!!
A really honest bloke and I would recomend him to anyone based on my first impressions. I will be using MJ Fisher again.

What can I say? Rang Matt at 9 and by 11 he was in my street dealing with the problem. He was a true professional who clearly values his customers! He went and got the necessary part and was back within the hour to complete the job. The problem was that my throttle cable had completely frayed all the way through and I needed a new one. Matt charged me an excellent £45 for the whole thing including the new parts and labour and my car was up and running within 3 hours of me calling Matt and it never left my doorstep. Fully recommend the service and I will be getting my car serviced by Matt in the coming weeks.

Highly recommended. Matt communicated well through email and by phone. He was friendly and he even called ahead before he arrived. He managed to quickly diagnose the problem and with his contacts, he received the parts very quickly and started work straight away. Very reasonable labour charges. We had a kitchen made by James Reeve a few years ago and continue to be delighted with the result. The craftsmanship is excellent, and the cupboards, drawers,etc., are all as well fitting and solid as the day they were completed.
Since then James has been back to make a wall cupboard and some shelves for the kitchen, and also a fitted wardrobe and cupboard in a bedroom.
James has good customer awareness, pays attention to your needs and can interpret your ideas. He is also able to give good advice and make appropriate suggestions from his own experience.
He is very pleasant, completely relible and trustworthy. We give him a key so he can come and go, as necessary, and get on with the job himself. He is an organised and tidy worker and always cleans up after himself.
We have no hesitation in recommending Anderson Reeve. You need look no further for quality bespoke furniture and a thoroughly professional service, from a really talented guy.

We were looking for an individual, quality service to fit our small office cum occasional bedroom and chose James, of Anderson Reeve. Throughout, James was careful to listen to our ideas and was able to translate our vision into the perfect design and build solution. The quality of James' workmanship and attention to details cannot be faulted. He and his team were 100% reliable and personable. We appreciated the experience of working with James and felt so confident in his ability that we commissioned a large built in wardrobe in another bedroom at the same time. Again, we are thoroughly delighted with the result. Now I even enjoy putting my clothes away- an unexpected bonus!

CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST. Looking for a honest, reliable, friendly, efficient, competent vehicle technician then look no further. I decided to service my daughters Ford KA last Saturday (never again). I changed the oil filter, oil and air filter. As I attempted to remove a spark plug that had become corroded within the cylinder head it snapped off. Knowing this would require work beyond my capabilities I looked up M.J.Fisher and called. Though not at work Matt answered my call and to cut a long story short during the next few days removed the cylinder head removed the remaining plugs that were also corroded in and fixed the car. At all times he kept me informed was pleasant extremely helpful and got the car back on the road as fast as he could and at a very reasonable price. This guy is brilliant.

Having had designs and quotes from other bespoke kitchen makers we decided to proceed with James as we were highly impressed, throughout the design process, with the fact that James listened to our personal requirements but made well informed suggestions that ultimately enhanced the overall design of the kitchen. This left us feeling excited about the prospect of owning a very unique kitchen that would fit with our lifestyle and give the robustness of a fitted kitchen but the look and feel of freestanding furniture. James started and completed the work on schedule. Throughout the time he worked on site he was extremely clean and tidy. As it is a very old property there are no straight walls or 90 degree corners but due to James exemplary care and attention to detail the end result was one of perfection. Overall we cannot recommend James highly enough and now having lived with the kitchen for 18 months the product has stood the test of time and shows the great value James delivers.
