thanks matt found out the incorrect oil had been put in my car the previous year matt then put in the correct oil and did a good service on my car to cover everything i asked him to do....over half the price of a main dealer as well...thanks matt

Just like to say that i required new front discs and pads on my volvo 440 i had seen matt and asked him if he could do them for me.plus my hand brake lever needed adjusting matt told me yes he could do them for me told me how much,which my the way was very cheap for a mobile mechanic,Matt extremely polite and he as always got a smile on his face when i see him,i would like to thanks Matt and will be using you again for any work on my car. Rang Matt Fisher to solve an electrical fault with my car. He turned up, found out what was causing the problem, went out and personally picked up the necessary part,and then fitted the part all well within two hours. Had I not called him it would have taken at least the weekend and a lot of messing around with recovery. A combination of unbelievably fair prices, friendly customer service and an extremely high level of efficiency means that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matt Fisher to anyone. Really happy I rang.

M J Fisher have, without question, restored my faith that there are examples of excellent customer service out there. They are a shining light.
Carrying out work at the agreed time for the agreed cost should seem straightforward but we've all come to learn that isn't the case but M J Fisher were superb and a credit not only to the company themselves but to Loughborough and the surrounding area.
The work was carried out to a very high standard but with the added benefit of ethics which we're not accustomed to these days.
If I were to take someone to a company who are standout in their customer service it would be M J Fisher, a company I had never known before this transaction.
I will never use another car technician again.
