We called Matt to carry out a 30,000 mile service on our SSangyong - Had spoken to the SSangyong garage who were going to charge in the region of £600. Matt completed the service at our home in a couple of hours and saved us loads of money. His communication is excellent and if he has to fit an expensive part he will advise you before he does the work so no nasty surprises when the bill comes. Matt has just M.O.T and serviced my car. He did it quickly and at less than half the price a garage would charge. I asked him to renew my rear brake shoes he checked them, cleaned them etc but said there was no need for new shoes. How many garages do you know that would heve done that? Every one I had been to would have changed them and charged me for it. Matt is the most honest and reliable mechanic I know.

Matt's service was second to non, I phoned him up and I was booked in immediately. He is an excellent mechanic and he had my brake issues sorted in 30 minutes. His prices are also brilliant. He is a trustworthy guy, after the job was done a booked in straight away for my MOT next week. M J Fisher is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED from me!

I required new front discs + pads, and rear shoes on my Picasso. To save some money, in these times of recession, I purchased the parts online with the intention of having them fitted at a local garage (support local businesses). However, the first garage refused to fit them (no money to be made from the parts) and the second wanted £187 + VAT. I did some internet searching and came up with 'The Best of Loughborough', where I found Matt. A phone call later and the work was booked to be done.
When Matt arrived I found him to be smartly presented, polite and very professional in his approach. He carried out the work extremely competently and even advised me that the rear shoes did not require replacement. When it the time came to pay Matt reduced the bill by £10 as he did not have to carry out the rear brake work (even though he still cleaned & checked them). Matt is an excellent mechanic & a thoroughly nice bloke. USE HIM or LOSE HIM! He takes milk & 2 Sugars in his coffee , by the way.

Following a fuel mix up we searched the net for a mobile mechanic, we came across M J Fisher and decided to try him after reading some of these testemonials. He was prompt, courteous, rang back when he said he would, gave us a very accurate estimate, and although he didn't do the work himself he referred us to a colleague who fixed the problem in 24 hours at less than half the price our insurance company quoted us and in less than half the time it would have taken them, a breath of fresh air to the industry, will definately use again!

I heard a loud scraping noise when pulling in outside my house; on inspection the exhaust was touching the ground. As the car was unmoveable I searched for a mobile mechanic and found Matt on the net. As I needed the car, Matt fitted me in the same day, turned up prompt and only charged me £20! Thanks Matt!
