Lifesaving charity, the Royal National Lifeboat Institution, is calling on the people of Suffolk to cast their vote in a national campaign which could see Lowestoft lifeboat crew receive a £5,000 share of a charity fund.
My Guide is a relatively new scheme which Debbie Playford coordinates in Lowestoft and across Suffolk on behalf of Sensing Change working in partnership with Guide Dogs for the Blind Association.
