The perfect score came from the latest of the Society’s quarterly surveys of mortgage customers, with all respondents saying they would recommend Hinckley & Rugby to family and friends.
Hinckley & Rugby chief executive Chris White said: “Given the terrible reputation the banks have with customer service, it is hugely gratifying to be reminded how much the emphasis we place on the customer experience is appreciated.
“It is thanks to all our staff, and particularly the mortgage team, that we score so highly on this key point – word of mouth recommendation being such a powerful message.”
