Here at thebestoflutterworth HQ we always love to hear about businesses where the service is excellent, so we were delighted when we found out about one of our local Lutterworth retailers winning a national award for Customer Service.
Lutterworth Sound & Vision (LSV) was recently recognised for its excellent Customer Service standards at a special awards ceremony in June!
Ian Jones, who opened the business in 1984, was delighted to accept the award for ‘Best Customer Service’ by the Independent Electrical Retailer Business Awards 2010/11.
Ian told us “It was a very proud moment and, after more than 25 years of trading, its wonderful to be acknowledged for our customer service, which has always been central to our business and one of the reasons our customers come back time and time again”
LSV was nominated for the award last year and was judged against very strict guidelines, beating tough competition to win this national award.
Ian added that “everyone at LSV is immensely proud of their achievement and it is their aim to keep up these very high standards, obviously we cannot get it right 100% of the time but we will certainly try!”
Many congratulations to Ian, Sharee and their team on their fantastic achievement, we're really delighted for them! This is a fine example of why it's great to 'Buy Local'.
