This year we welcome back several old friends from The Association of Small Direct Wine Merchants (ASDW), such as Aldeby Wines, Bordeaux and Beyond and Hyde Park Wines but we will also be welcoming some new merchants, including Vincisive and Ninesprings Wines who specialise in South African wine as well as Austrian Wines Direct, The Woburn Wine Company and Noble Vines.
Locally, we welcome back Chevelswarde Vineyard, who recently won a Silver Medal in the annual Mercian Vineyards Association for their dry white wine, made organically from Phoenix grapes. Alongside them will also be local company, Truly Puglia, specialising in wines from this southern district of Italy.
If your friends and family prefer their drink with ‘a head on’, then do bring them along as this year we welcome Tunnel Brewery from Nuneaton, who have won awards for their Late OTT Bitter and Nelson’s Column Strong Ale and also in attendance, for the first time, Farmer’s Fear local cider.
Want to know what cheese will go with that wine? Well Gilmorton Stores will once again be on hand with a range of cheeses, chutneys and other accompaniments.
Opening times will be 11.00am – 5.00pm and admittance will be just £3.00.
