We have been impressed by the professional and personal service provided by Harts. As a small, recently established law firm we needed quite a bit of hand holding in the early days and senior members (especially Melissa and David) were always available and willing to help. Their advice is pragmatic and easy to understand, and meetings are relaxed and enjoyable! More importantly, we have found Harts to be cost-effective and transparent in their charging structure so there are never any unpleasant surprises. This is particularly helpful for smaller businesses, who need to keep an eye on costs without compromising on the quality of advice.

I was recommended Harts by a customer who said they were helpful, encouraging and always willing to go the extra mile, which in this day and age of doom and gloom is unheard of.
I approached them with great encouragement, but some scepticism. In reality, I found my customer’s recommendation to go way short. They are not only Accountants but Business Advisors, active local networkers and take a genuine interest in one’s business to make it succeed. I have, in the relatively short space of time I’ve worked with Harts, gained a solid trust in them to look after all my business interests, therefore enabling me to concentrate on my core strengths, of which Accountancy isn’t one.
I would recommend Harts to anyone who, like me, didn’t know where to start and wanted someone to lead them through the entire process as though it was the simplest thing on earth!

As a start up business I found the process of setting up a new company incredibly daunting. David Taylor provided invaluable advice that made the process simple, allowing me to concentrate on building the foundations of the business.
