I joined Slimming World in preparation for becoming a bridesmaid, I lost 2 stone in 4 months and enjoyed every minute. The image therapy provided me with the confidence to remain target, and I have been for 2 years. Heather's care, support and geniune belief in the plan, has driven me to continue. What an experience it has been, a new way of life!
