For the second year running, local eatery, Fina Bar and Grill will be the only restaurant in Macclesfield selected to take part in the prestigious Manchester Food and Drink Festival.
As part of the Festival, Fina will be hosting an exotic and exciting Tuscan Food and Wine Evening on Wednesday 5th October that promises to celebrate both local and international cuisine and culinary expertise.
Head chef and owner of Fina, Valentino Fazelynia will drawing from his own experience of the region and personally selecting dishes for the menu, taking in such Tuscan classics as Chicken Risotto, Peppered Tenderloin Steak Madallions in Red Wine and Fish Fillets with Prawns in a Cream, Parmesan and White Wine Sauce.
As well as showcasing some of the mouth watering food from the region, Fina will also be shipping some of the finest vintage wines from Tuscany to Macclesfield especially for the event.
