Macclesfield Town FC found strength in adversity at the weekend to beat Hereford 2-0 in a fitting tribute to manager Keith Alexander, who passed away early last week.
Alexander's colleague Gary Simpson took charge of the team for what would have been Keith's 100th game in the charge.
Given the green light by Alexander's family, both rival players and fans were united to honour the former manager and a minute's silence took place at games across the UK.
Further information and tributes can be found at Macclesfield Town FC's website.
