Chorlton Central Church are looking for a part time caretaker ( 12 hours a week) to look after their newly refurbished building on Barlow Moor Rd M21 8BF.
Duties will include cleaning, opening and closing the building, checking equipment and safety, organising practical repairs, communication with user groups and helping to develop use of the building .
12 hours per week ( hours to be worked flexibly in agreement with the line manager) .
Excellent communication skills ( including use of email) and some practical skills essential .
Fixed term contract for 11 months but likely to be extended . 3 month trial period
Salary £6240 p.a. ( £10 an hour )
