Danny came out within a day or so to quote. Gave a price whilst onsite and was available within a week to complete the job. Job was done to good standard. Guys were polite and tidy.Would definitely use again

Such a great experience with using DJ’s Property Maintenance, Cannot thank Danny and Jim Enough… Masters of their trade, very courteous… Went above and beyond. Supplied and Installed some modern Velux Windows to our House, As well as replacing some Ridge Tiles. Danny came and quoted the work we needed doing, After receiving 2 further quotes we decided to go with DJ’s - Danny was very hands on and assisted in every way possible. We’d recommend to all, Great Company !

Danny was so helpful right from when I first contacted him. Quick to reply and gave me a quick and accurate quote when he looked at the job. Job was carried out professionally and constant contact was made throughout and he sought agreement before making any changes. Would definitely recommend and would 100% use again

Rang for quote, Danny attended same day and quote emailed by evening time. Price was similar to other quotes. Wayne and Jim attended within 4 days of quote being accepted. The lads were friendly and professional, informed us of the job details, cleared all surrounding area neatly before commencing. Were continuous in their work, and stayed till 7pm to finish the job. Site was cleared. The roof looks very neat and professionally done. Returned next morning with Danny to check that everything was finished as they left in the dark. Cannot fault them.

Danny and his team arrive on time and the work was carried out efficiently and on the same day. Ive been having trouble with starlings pulling insulation out of the loft space, so hoping the job will stop this, all quiet since fingers crossed. Only criticism was moss from guttering was strewn across my lawn which I had to remove. But other than that looks amazing.

Danny was prompt in providing a quote and once agreed managed to fit in the work almost immediately. All appointment times were met. Job was completed quickly and well. Danny's team continued to ask for feedback throughout the job and ensured I was happy with the outcome before leaving. Left the site clean.

Work was done quickly and on time. Replaced a roof batten as well due to being rotten once they were up there. Easy to get hold of and happy with the work

Danny came to take a look the day after I contacted him and quickly worked out where the water ingress was coming from. He took the time to fully explain the work needed (wire brushing ridge tiles, removing cracked cement, repointing incl. Lead flashings) and did the job the next day. He and his team, Wes and Jim, were on time, proactive and helpful. They tided up well afterwards too. The work was completed as discussed and we expect the loft and roof to dry out and remain watertight as a result. We were pleased with Danny’s approach and that of his team and would recommend them.
